<h2>Sejarah</h2>
<p>Bermula dari Iklan Mading yang ditempel di sebuah sekolah menengah atas di Dublin, Irlandia, dan dapur rumahnya Larry Mullen, Jr. menjadi saksi sejarah terbentuknya U2. Iklan yang ternyata dipasang Larry Mullen itu berhasil menarik minat 6-7 orang. Tempat audisi pun berlangsung di dapur sempit di rumahnya. <p>Di awal kemunculannya grup ini memilih nama Feedback dan banyak melantunkan cover lagu dari grup Beatles. Pada tahun <a title="1977" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/1977">1977</a>, nama mereka ganti lagi jadi Hype. Karena grup ini ditinggalin oleh Dick Evans maka mereka pun nama group bandnya menjadi U2. Dengan mengutamakan suara <a title="Gitar" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gitar">gitar</a>, warna musik U2 jadi lebih bergaya <a title="Post-punk (halaman belum tersedia)" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Post-punk&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">post-punk</a>, sebuah hal yang ironis karena di tahun &#8217;76 pas U2 baru dibentuk, musik punk bahkan belum nyampe ke <a title="Irlandia" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irlandia">Irlandia</a>.</p>
<p>Keberuntungan baru datang pada <a title="1980" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/1980">1980</a>, ketika mereka bergabung dengan Island Records, yang didirikan oleh Chris Blackwell. Mereka merilis Boy, sebuah album yang dinilai sebagai karya yang cocok banget dengan anak muda. Identitas khas U2 baru tampak jelas ketika mereka merilis War pada 1983. Lagu Sunday, Bloody Sunday, yang ngomongin soal tentang kekerasan di Irlandia Utara, langsung menjadi cap bahwa U2 band idealistis dan politis. U2 sih tenang-tenang aja dan malah milih lagu ini jadi <em>lagu kebangsaan</em>.</p>

Di tahun <a title="1985" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/1985">1985</a> majalah <a title="Rolling Stone" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rolling_Stone">Rolling Stone</a> menjuluki U2 menjadi Band 1980-an, bagi fans <a title="Rock and roll" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_and_roll">rock and roll</a> yang jumlahnya terus bertambah, U2 menjadi band yang paling dianggap, mungkin bahkan satu-satunya band yang penting.</p>
<p>U2 benar-benar berada di puncak pas The Joshua Tree dirilis tahun 1987. Album ini merebut posisi nomor satu di daftar album terlaris Inggris dalam waktu sangat singkat, dan kemudian mulai merambah Amerika dan bertahan hingga sembilan pekan. Karena lagu andalannya benar-benar merajai, U2 sempat jadi laporan utama majalah Time dengan judul <em>Tiket Rock Terpanas</em>. Inilah kehormatan yang hanya didapat oleh dua band lain, <a title="The Beatles" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Beatles">The Beatles</a> dan <a title="The Who" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Who">The Who</a>.</p>

Tugas untuk melatih dan mendidik adik kelas diserahkan kepada seluruh anggota Osis Danadyaksa Vidyaghora. Banyak acara-acara menarik yang berada di dalamnya. Setiap Peserta TO akan dititipkan di rumah-rumah warga oleh karena itu setiap peserta TO harus memiliki Life-skill yang tinggi karena semua kegiatan harus diawali oleh kemandirian yang dimulai dari diri sendiri. Setiap anggota TO harus memasak untuk setiap anggota kelompoknya sendiri + Osis PHB + Guru Pembimbing.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Hari pertama Osis PHB dan seluruh anggota kelompok berkenalan dengan pemilik rumah dan membereskan segala keperluan individu maupun kelompok. 1 kelompok diberi tugas untuk Penelitin/PKD (Peduli Kehiduapn Alam) dibagi 5 orang tiap tugas. Kegiatan penelitian dimulai di hari pertama dengan cara pengumpulan data atau sampel yang akan digunakan untuk presentasi. Pada hari pertama ini selurh peserta sudah memulai memadukan kerjasama dan kemandirian dalam kelompok. Setiap malam murid laki-laki harus membuat menara vendel dan menjaganya. Osis akan datang dan memberi sandi morse ke arah vendel dan apabila gagal SERI /Push Up adalah hukuman bagi yang bertugas jaga malam saat itu. Hari Kedua diisi oleh kegiatan yang hampir sama dengan hari pertama. Hari ketiga 5 orang tiap kelompok mengikuti kegiatan PKD yaitu : mencangkul di sawah, memanen singkong, dan menangkap Ikan utnuk dimakan nantinya. Kegiatan penelitian dipresentasikan pada hari ke-4 saat kunjunagn Orang Tua. Dan di hari ke-5 diadakan kegiatan Penjelajahan. 7 orang ikut dalam kegiatan ini , menjelajah masuk ke dalam hutan , mendaki bukit, dan beberapa kelompok sempat tersesat dalam perjalanan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan Kerjasama Yang Baik.</p>

<p>Manusia tidak pernah lepas dari masalah, dalam hidup manusia selalu ada masalah, masalah ada untuk dipecahkan, untuk diselesaikan, bukan untuk ditangisi atau bersedih karna tidak  bertemu dengan akhir yang diinginkan.</p>

<p>Di setiap kesusahan selalu ada kemudahan di dalamnya, jangan pernah takut untuk gagal, orang orang yang takut akan gagal dan tidak mencoba suatu hal karena takut akan gagal itulah baru sebenarnya disebut kegagalan, karena mereka menyerah terlebih dahulu, seperti menyerah sebelum bertemu dengan musuhnya. &#8220;musuhnya&#8221; berarti masalah datang untuk di taklukan, jangan kita yang takluk pada masalah. Dalam sebuah acara motivasi saya memperoleh sebuah pelajaran, pernahkah Anda berkata &#8220;Ya Tuhan masalah yang saya hadapi kali ini sangat besar&#8221; Dengan mengatakan itu kita berfikir masalah itu sangat besar dan mengadu pada Tuhan, sesungguhnya yang benar adalah &#8220;ya masalah, saya mempunyai Tuhan yang sangat besar&#8221; kurang lebih begitu, dengan berfikir seperti itu, masalah itu menjadi sangat kecil, dan kita akan berfikir selalu bahwa kita mempunyai Tuhan yang Mahabesar yang akan membuat semua masalah menjadi kecil.</p>

<p>Bila kita merasa sendirian, pernahkah Anda berfikir bahwa selalu ada Tuhan di samping kita dan melihat semua yang kita lakukan, semua usaha yang kita berikan, semua tenaga yang kita keluarkan, mungkin orang lain tidak melihat apa yang sudah kita usahakan selama ini, tapi Tuhan, selalu melihat semuanya, semua kebaikan yang kita lakukan walaupun sangat kecil, akan dibalas oleh Tuhan. Jangan takut untuk berbuat baik karena berfikir itu akan sia-sia, bila yang kita lakukan adalah kebaikan, tidak akan pernah ada kata sia-sia. Dan semua yang kita lakukan suatu saat akan dibalas oleh Tuhan, pasti.</p>

<p>Bermimpilah, karena dengan bermimpi kita mendapat semangat untuk menggapai mimpi itu, jangan takut untuk bermimpi setinggi apapun, akan tetapi kita juga harus melakukan usaha yang besar untuk menggapai mimpi itu. Bila masih gagal tapi kita sudah berusaha? kebanyakan orang akan bersedih bila mimpinya  gagal diraih, tapi pertanyaan itu akan kembali ke kita, berapa banyak usaha yang Anda lakukan? bila Anda sudah melakukan yang terbaik kenapa harus bersedih? Ingat bahwa kebaikan dan usaha yang kita lakukan akan selalu dibalas oleh Tuhan, mungkin cara berfikir kita yang membuat kita buta akan nikmat yang telah di berikan oleh Tuhan selama ini.</p>

Penyakit ini adalah tipe penyakit <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">granulomatosa</span> pada <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">saraf tepi</span> dan <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">mukosa</span> dari <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">saluran pernapasan atas</span>; dan <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">lesi</span> pada <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">kulit</span> adalah tanda yang bisa diamati dari luar.Bila tidak ditangani, kusta dapat sangat progresif, menyebabkan kerusakan pada kulit, saraf-saraf, anggota gerak, dan <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">mata</span>. Tidak seperti <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">mitos</span> yang beredar di masyarakat, kusta tidak menyebabkan pelepasan anggota tubuh yang begitu mudah, seperti pada penyakit <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">tzaraath</span>.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><strong><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Sejarah</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Konon, kusta telah menyerang manusia sejak 300 SM, dan telah dikenal oleh peradaban <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">Tiongkok kuna</span>, <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">Mesir kuna</span>, dan <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">India</span>. Pada <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">1995</span>, <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia</span> (WHO) memperkirakan terdapat dua hingga tiga juta jiwa yang cacat permanen karena kusta. Walaupun pengisolasian atau pemisahan penderita dengan masyarakat dirasakan kurang perlu dan tidak <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">etis</span>, beberapa kelompok penderita masih dapat ditemukan di berbagai belahan dunia, seperti <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">India</span> dan <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">Vietnam</span>.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Pengobatan yang efektif terhadap penyakit kusta ditemukan pada akir <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">1940-an</span> dengan diperkenalkannya <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">dapson</span> dan derivatnya. Bagaimanapun juga, bakteri penyebab lepra secara bertahap menjadi kebal terhadap dapson dan menjadi kian menyebar. Hal ini terjadi hingga ditemukannya pengobatan multiobat pada awal <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">1980-an</span> dan penyakit ini pun mampu ditangani kembali.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><a name="Ciri-ciri"></a><strong><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Ciri-ciri</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Manifestasi klinis dari kusta sangat beragam, namun terutama mengenai kulit, saraf, dan <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">membran mukosa</span>. Pasien dengan penyakit ini dapat dikelompokkan lagi menjadi &#8216;<em>kusta tuberkuloid</em> (<span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">Inggris</span>: <em>paucibacillary</em>), <em>kusta lepromatosa</em> (penyakit Hansen multibasiler), atau kusta multibasiler (<em>borderline leprosy</em>).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Kusta multibasiler, dengan tingkat keparahan yang sedang, adalah tipe yang sering ditemukan. Terdapat lesi kulit yang menyerupai kusta tuberkuloid namun jumlahnya lebih banyak dan tak beraturan; bagian yang besar dapat mengganggu seluruh tungkai, dan gangguan saraf tepi dengan kelemahan dan kehilangan rasa rangsang. Tipe ini tidak stabil dan dapat menjadi seperti kusta lepromatosa atau kusta tuberkuloid.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Kusta tuberkuloid ditandai dengan satu atau lebih <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">hipopigmentasi</span> <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">makula</span> kulit dan bagian yang tidak berasa (anestetik).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Kusta lepormatosa dihubungkan dengan lesi, <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">nodul</span>, <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">plak</span> kulit simetris, dermis kulit yang menipis, dan perkembangan pada mukosa hidung yang menyebabkan penyumbatan hidung (kongesti nasal) dan <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">epistaksis</span> (hidung berdarah) namun pendeteksian terhadap kerusakan saraf sering kali terlambat.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Tidak sejalan dengan mitos atau kepercayaan yang ada, penyakit ini tidak menyebabkan pembusukan bagian tubuh. Menurut penelitian yang lama oleh <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">Paul Brand</span>, disebutkan bahwa ketidakberdayaan merasakan rangsang pada anggota gerak sering menyebabkan luka atau lesi. Kini, kusta juga dapat menyebabkan masalah pada penderita <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">AIDS</span>.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><em><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;">Mycobacterium leprae</span></em><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black;"> adalah penyebab dari kusta. Sebuah bakteri yang <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">tahan asam</span> <em>M. leprae</em> juha merupakan bakteri <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">aerobik</span>, <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">gram positif</span>, berbentuk batang, dan dikelilimgi oleh <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">membran sel</span> lilin yang merupakan ciri dari spesies <em><span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">Mycobacterium</span></em>. <em>M. leprae</em> belum dapat dikultur pada <span style="color:black;text-decoration:none;">laboratorium</span>.<sup><a href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kusta#cite_note-Bhattacharya_2002-7"></a></sup></span></p>
